Absolutely appalling the kebab had a full onion on chopped up with little meat, I couldn't eat it! I always get kebabs from here but this was the worst by far.

I am not one for writing reviews as I feel they are far to damaging, however I feel the last few times I have ordered a thin base and its been a thick dough which I just cannot stomach and despite asking and asking its not edible to me. So sorry to leave this review and think the management has changed hands recently as I have never, I mean never had an issue and still believe that Istanbul is the best takeaway in Colne and there is no way of contacting them via a simple website to message and explain and work it out which is just simple logic as its always better to talk about it as my husbands kebab was great but mine was not so with regret I have to leave a poor review as its the 3rd time. As a hint.... open a way of talking it out so we can resolve the issue!!! The delivery guys are always spot on 110% brilliant!! Again sorry again

I live just down the road from Istanbul, yet I’ve noticed a £0.80 service charge and a £2.50 delivery fee applied to my orders. On multiple occasions, I’ve chosen not to place an order because of these charges. I believe it would be fairer to adjust delivery fees based on distance, ensuring customers closer to your location aren’t overcharged. I’d appreciate it if you could review your pricing structure accordingly.

I usually love this place but unfortunately this time it wasn’t up to scratch. First my order was wrong, extremely greasy and when I tried to ring I couldn’t get an answer on the phone. I was really looking forward to my food after having a hard day and night at work and not had chance to eat all day, I threw the food as it just was far to greasy and just looked like it had been thrown together, salad was very little no tomato one cucumber and little bit of cabbage and very little lettuce. A wasted £9. Usually the food is the best, such a shame.
